OUR MISSION

Democratizing Tax Justice for Everyone

Reclaimly was built to bridge the gap between complex tax code legislation and everyday UK citizens. We believe software can automate bureaucracy and put money back in your pocket.

Who Built This?

Reclaimly was designed and built by a team of UK-based financial technology engineers and former tax compliance specialists. Frustrated by the friction of manual HMRC claiming procedures, we created an intelligent system to automate document audits.

Expertise-driven design

How it Works

We combine structured PDF document parsing with an HMRC-aligned rules engine. Our algorithms scan files like your P60, P45, or coding notice, check for emergency tax markers, and calculate discrepancies like the 2026 Triple Lock pension tax code overcharge.

Is it Safe & Secure?

Security is our foundation. Reclaimly uses TLS 1.3/HTTPS transit security and AES-256 data encryption. Scanned documents are processed dynamically in secure, isolated GCP environments and are deleted automatically within 30 days. We never sell your personal information.

Frequently Asked Trust Questions

Is Reclaimly associated with the government?

No. Reclaimly is a private, independent software company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), or the UK Government. We serve as a preparation tool to help you compile your own claims.

Why do you charge a £5 processing fee?

While traditional tax rebate agents charge up to 30% to 40% of your actual refund (which can amount to hundreds of pounds), we charge a small flat processing fee of £5 to cover the cloud server costs, document parsing APIs, and the generation of your formal R40/P50 tax forms. You keep 100% of the refund sent to you by HMRC.

What happens after I make a payment?

As soon as your payment is processed, your formal claim packet will be generated in PDF format. This packet contains a pre-filled R40 (or P50) tax refund claim form matching the official HMRC specs, an itemized mathematical audit report, and a custom cover letter. We provide the exact postal address of the dedicated HMRC processing unit. You print, sign, and post the forms to receive your rebate directly into your bank account.
