Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Non-Agency
We act purely as document preparers. We do not act as your direct agent before HMRC.
Flat Fees
No commissions. You pay £5 per packet or £29 lifetime and keep 100% of your HMRC refund.
Calculations Basis
Estimates are generated based on mathematical models of public tax legislation guidelines.
1. Scope of Agreement
By using Reclaimly (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reclaimly is an independent software tool that parses tax documents uploaded by users (e.g., P60, P45, or P2 Notices), identifies mathematical anomalies based on standard HMRC rules, and generates completed claim forms (like the HMRC R40 or P50) in PDF format.
Reclaimly does not submit claims to HMRC on your behalf. You must download, sign, and mail the generated physical forms yourself.
3. Independent Status and Disclaimers
Reclaimly is not affiliated with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), the DWP, or any governmental agency. We are not a regulated financial institution or a certified public accountant. The calculations provided by our software are estimates based on standard HMRC rules. Final eligibility, allowances, and refund approvals rest entirely with HMRC.
4. Fees, Payments, and Upgrades
We offer the following options to unlock your complete filing-ready PDF packets:
- Reclaim Packet Fee: £5.00 flat fee per individual audit document.
- Unlimited Lifetime Plan: £29.00 one-off fee to unlock unlimited document scans and reclaims forever.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Because document analysis and document generation happen instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a packet is unlocked, except in cases where a verified technical error prevented you from downloading your document.
5. User Responsibility and Data Accuracy
Our system depends on the accuracy of the documents and figures you provide. If you upload falsified, incomplete, or incorrect documents, the generated claims will be incorrect. You agree to hold Reclaimly harmless from any penalties, audits, or interest charges levied by HMRC due to errors in your submission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Reclaimly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to HMRC rejecting your claim, delays in government processing, or errors in tax code calculations.
7. Contact Support
For questions regarding billing, technical support, or terms compliance, please contact us at support@reclaimly.co.uk.
